The 15-year-old Chicago girl who was sexually assaulted on Facebook Live last month continues to endure bullying online - and investigators say the "traumatic incident" is slowing the search for other suspects.

The boy's mother, father, sister and brother were at the county's Southwest Side juvenile courthouse Monday but did not attend the boy's hearing, according to Cook County Assistant State's Attorney Emily Czerniejewski. The boy turned himself in with his mother and has been charged as a juvenile with criminal sexual assault and manufacturing and distribution of child pornography, Guglielmi told the newspaper, one day after a 14-year-old boy was arrested on sexual assault and child pornography charges.

The 15-year-old slapped the victim on the head while she performed oral sex on him. Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said that the boy was questioned then taken to juvenile detention.

The second teenager, a 15-year-old boy, was arrested Monday and charged alongside a 14-year-old boy with the gang rape of the girl in late March.

"She's just having such a hard time even communicating what occurred to her", Deenihan said at a Sunday news conference, the Tribune reported. At least five or six attackers participated in the assault on the girl, who police said was lured into the basement of a building not far from her home in the Lawndale neighborhood on March 19. Brendan Deenihan told reporters on Sunday.

The report said that the attack took place on March 19, but the mother reported the attack on March 21 after she received photos of the assault.

Those were the years Day mustered his best Masters finishes so far. "I think that's the thing that's really holding me back". He said outside his family, only caddie Andy Sanders, swing coach Butch Harmon and his psychologist were aware.

Johnson reportedly said that though the young girl went through a bad ordeal, she was able to stay strong.

One of the people police are investigating in connection with the assault is an adult, though Deenihan would not provide additional details.

Chicago Police Department Superintendent Eddie Johnson talks with reporters on Sunday.

"It just disgusts me that people can look at those videos and not pick up the phone and not dial 911", Chicago Police Supt.

The teen was treated at a hospital after the assault before returning home to her family.

An investigation is now ongoing into whether online bullying of the girl has risen to the level of criminality, Guglielmi confirmed to The Post Tuesday. "This poor girl was absolutely devastated and traumatized by this awful incident, and detectives are not going to stop until everyone is brought forward and held accountable for those actions".
