Obdulia Sanchez livestreams fatal auto crash kills her sister, 'I don't care'.

The disturbing footage, reportedly streamed on Instagram and obtained by Buzzfeed and Daily Mail, allegedly shows Obdulia Sanchez, 18, driving while intoxicated while her 14-year-old sister and another teen girl are in the backseat of the vehicle. The CHP says two minors were in the back seat and were not wearing seatbelts.

Sanchez is seen broadcasting herself live on Instagram as she drives down the road and raps along with the music.

The 18-year-old was driving her sister and another 14-year-old girl when she overcorrected and swerved off the road before crashing through a barbed wire fence near Henry Miller Road and Highway 165.

Relatives confirmed to KFSN-TV that it was indeed Obdulia who filmed the disturbing video and posted it to Instagram. The livestream video cuts off shortly after Obdulia can be seen kneeling beside her sister, saying, "Wake up baby, I'm f**king sorry baby, I did not mean to kill you sweetie".

"I f...ing love my sister to death".

"I killed my sister, but I don't care. I love you rest in peace, sweetie".

ABC 13 reports that Jacqueline was supposed to celebrate her Quinceanera, a Latin American celebration of the 15th birthday, on Sunday.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to raise money for Jacqueline's funeral expenses.

Upon her arrest, Obdulia was being held in the county jail on charges of vehicular manslaughter while under the influence.
