Casey Affleck's wife, Summer Phoenix, filed for divorce from the actor after almost 10 years of marriage on Monday, July 31, according to multiple outlets. She's requesting joint physical and legal custody of their two sons, 13-year-old IN and nine-year-old Atticus, as well as spousal support. At that time, Casey and Summer revealed that they have been separated since November, 2015, but waited for a few months until officially announcing the split.

Affleck, 41, and Phoenix, 38, began dating in 2000 and married in June 2006.

The actress and model - who is also the younger sister of Affleck's friend and collaborator Joaquin Phoenix - cited irreconcilable differences in the petition she filed with the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles on Monday. They have two sons, Indiana August and Atticus.
