Shawn Holley, who represents the Kardashian family, told TMZ: "We have witness statements and other evidence which will demonstrate conclusively that it is Chyna - not Rob - who is the violent and aggressive abuser".

Kris Kenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner were all named in the lawsuit for allegedly interfering with the show's production.

Radar first reported Chyna's plans to file a revenge lawsuit earlier this month.

Rob maintains that he did not strike Chyna and only defended herself.

In July, Rob and Chyna got into it in a very public and ugly social media spat that started with Rob posting a bunch of very explicit nudes and allegations of cheating against Chyna, who responded on Snapchat accusing him of domestic violence. "White's career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch - without the help of a famous last name". "They will even fund a lawsuit about crumbled cookies to get revenge on you leaving a Kardashian".

Sources close to E! told TMZ that the documents they have proves that this is simply not the case-the second season of the show would've carried on as planned had Chyna been willing to be in the same room as Kardashian.

Meanwhile, while it has been evident the Kardashian family is not a huge fan of Chyna, with Rob and Kylie Jenner even suing her, alleging she destroyed property in Kylie's home and abused Rob, not only did Chyna countersue, but also made a decision to sue all of them!

Chyna claims the family interfered with the shooting of the series so much that the E! network pulled the plug on the show, citing impossible production. According to the complaint, when Rob grabbed the phone from Chyna's hands, it "violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees".

Chyna allegedly asked one of the strippers to go home with them and partied with her "all night long" while the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star looked after Dream and King Cairo, her five-year-old son with former partner Tyga.

According to the suit, Chyna was said to suffer "pain and difficulty of walking" for some days after the physical abuse.
