Google hasn't officially announced this product as yet but that might change on October 4th when it takes the stage to unveil the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL handsets. This new device can help Google to keep its position on top of the race of smart-home market, after the release of Echo Show and Facebook is continuing work on its video calling screen with codename "Aloha". As per the information revealed on Walmart site, the Google Home Mini is expected to cost $49 and start shipping from tomorrow (October 4). Since, the price and exact look of device has yet to be revealed by the company.

Back in October 4th, 2016, Google officially launched not only one smartphone but two flagship handsets that was created to directly compete against the Apple's iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

The phones will both house Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 CPUs and 4GB of RAM.

The differences are in the design and the display.

These sound pretty big, but it looks like Google will be following in LG and Samsung's footsteps by playing with the aspect ratios to make them more manageable.

Don't expect the phone to be cheap. Given the success of Pixel past year, the follow-up should be better.

Premium is what this new PixelBook is supposed to be.

Trump said players who kneel or sit are "disrespecting the flag", called them "sons of b--" and said they should be fired. An AT&T spokesperson declined to confirm the cancellation policy and said the company would have no numbers to share.

There will be three storage configurations - 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. Those prices do not include a stylus Google is calling the Pixelbook Pen which has tilt support and no lag with a $99 price tag. It is also anticipated that the Google Home Mini will sport same Google Assistant functionality as the Google Home, but with few changes like low audio capabilities overall. While the Google Pixel XL 2, which will be priced at $850 for a starting base model. Unfortunately that will be sold separately and set you back $99USD (about $124AUD).

Even with 512GBs of storage, $1,750 for a Chromebook is a very expensive device. Google Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Google Home Mini, Google Pixelbook, and a fresh Daydream VR headset are practically a lock at this point.

Design-wise, Google Home Mini is expected to compete with the likes of Amazon's Echo Dot, which is a part of the company's existing line-up of Echo smart speakers.

This time around, Google's hardware foray has been measured. I can see myself buying one (or more) assuming they have a half decent speaker (I would still like to use them to listen to music).
