Lawyers for Zervos, a contestant on Season 5 of Trump's reality TV show The Apprentice, entered the subpoena into the court file on September 19.

A woman has subpoenaed all documents from President Donald Trump's campaign dealing with "any woman alleging that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately". Trump, she has no experience.' So I interviewed her anyway because she was so pretty.

Trump has denied the accusation, but Zervos's lawsuit is still ongoing, and now it appears that her legal team has subpoenaed some documents that could prove illuminating about the issue of Trump and those who have alleged sexual misconduct.

The attorneys listed a collection of women who have accused Trump of assault, including, Jessica Leeds, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, Natasha Stoynoff, Temple Taggart, Kristin Anderson, Cathy Heller, Jill Harth, and Jessica Drake. "It's made-up stuff, and it's disgraceful, what happens, but that happens in the - that happens in the world of politics", Trump said about the allegations made by Summer Zervos, a former contestant on his television show, "The Apprentice".

Zervos's lawyers have since denied that accusation, and provided the subpoena as evidence.

Ms Zervos claims Mr Trump kissed and grabbed her during a meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel 10 years ago.

But she turned it down because she already has the "perfect life", which includes jaunts to Saint-Tropez, and winters in Miami. Ivana Trump , the mother of Donald Jr ., Ivanka , and Eric Trump, was married to the President from 1977 until 1992.

Trump's lawyers, who referenced her as a feature of the recording, have said the subpoena is excessively wide.

Trump's lawyers agreed to preserve the pertinent documents, but they are also trying to have the lawsuit dismissed or delayed.

Donald Trump is "a liar and a misogynist" that has "denigrated and defamed Summer Zervos with false claims", adds the complaint, as cited by BuzzFeed.

While it's commendable that Trump gave a young girl with no work experience the chance to be employed, we wish he said he hired the youth for her gumption or her willingness to work hard. His attorneys argued that he is protected from civil lawsuits in state court while occupying the Oval Office.

The Trump campaign did not immediately return a request for comment on the subpoena. "Ms. Allred has served a far-reaching subpoena on the Trump campaign that seeks wholly irrelevant information intended exclusively to harass the President".

Zervos's attorneys-in cluding Gloria Allred, who has defended many women in sexual harrassment cases-have responded that "Contrary to Defendants' spin, this case is not about robust political debate".
