"The tense situation of the peninsula is entirely ascribable to the USA hostile policy and nuclear threat and blackmail against North Korea".

During a four-day visit to North Korea that started Tuesday, Feltman will meet with officials, including Ri, to discuss issues of mutual interest and concern and visit United Nations project sites, according foreign media reports.

Feltman, a former senior U.S. State Department official, arrived in Pyongyang on Tuesday for a five-day visit. Such ties with North Korea include military training, and the import and export of weapons.

South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said the Guam-based bomber simulated land strikes at a military field near South Korea's eastern coast during a drill with USA and South Korean fighter jets. He met North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho and visited United Nations project sites amid heightened tensions sparked by the North's Nov 29 test of a new intercontinental ballistic missile that it claims is capable of striking anywhere on the USA mainland.

In a speech to the U.N. General Assembly in September, Foreign Minister Ri defended his country's missile and nuclear programs as a "righteous self-defensive measure" in the face of USA hostility and nuclear threats. Feltman, who left Pyongyang earlier today, has yet to comment on his trip.

Is Xiaomi Redmi 5A Truly 'Desh Ka Smartphone'?
The device comes equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Well, the price of Xiaomi Redmi 5A is similar to Redmi 4A but the phone comes with little changes in the specifications.

"He's not traveling - I want to make this clear - with any kind of message from the USA government", she told reporters on Tuesday during a press briefing.

This alleged readiness for talks comes at a time of heightened tensions between the U.S. and North Korea.

"Through the drill, the South Korean and USA air forces displayed the allies' strong intent and ability to punish North Korea when threatened by nuclear weapons and missiles", the South Korean military said in a statement.

Analysts in South Korea say the visit is a significant gesture for North Korea.

B-1Bs flyovers have become an increasingly familiar show of force to North Korea, which after three intercontinental ballistic missile tests has clearly moved closer toward building a nuclear arsenal that could viably target the USA mainland. "And if war comes, make no mistake, the North Korean regime will be utterly destroyed".
