Wind chill advisory issued through Sunday morning

Expect wind chill values near and below zero this morning.

(State College) - The National Weather Service in State College has issued a wind chill advisory for the midstate, and in fact for most of Pennsylvania. Single-digit temperatures will be mixed with wind gusts of more than 20 miles per hour to create the extremely cold air.

A wind chill advisory is in effect for western Dutchess County and a wind chill warning is in effect for eastern Dutchess until 7 a.m. Sunday.
