During the Nintendo Direct presentation today, we got an extensive look at some gameplay footage for Mario Tennis Aces, which also got a release date of June 22 along with a pre-launch online tournament. In Swing Mode, players can use their Joy-Con controllers like a tennis racket, which initiate tennis swings in the game. Aces is the first entry in the series since Ultra Smash a few years back on the Wii U, and one that many fans are hoping winds up bringing some faith back to the series. If you are in doubt if the game is for you, there will be a Pre-Launch Online Tournament with 1-on-1 matches going live somewhere before the game's release. Included is a brand new story surrounding agent 8, an octoling who mysteriously wakes up with amnesia on a train platform. Surely owners of either system will be excited, eagerly anticipating the video game bonanza.

On top of this Captain Toad Treasure Hunter, with its block garden puzzle gaming and a featured rotate camera will enable a single player or a co-op mode, so one to two can dig for treasure. More characters will be available with free updates.

For the first time, a Crash Bandicoot will be playable on a Nintendo console with the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, which includes all three original Crash Bandicoot games remastered. There were plenty of announcements for both the 3DS and Nintendo Switch. You will have several different surprises, as each play through of the game is different. With Koei Tecmo handling publishing duties instead of Nintendo in Japan, the nation gets the game this month while the Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition release date is May 18 for the rest of the world. Well guess what: you can already preorder the four most hotly anticipated Switch games on Amazon. In addition, an ARMS open invitational tournament will be held in the U.S. and Canada. There will be a network test soon, with no details at this time.

It's curious though, that they would use a high pick on him if they didn't think they could develop him into a serviceable player. National Football League logic dictates that the fastest way from the cellar to the attic is to draft a franchise quarterback.

That's everything that was shown off during this Nintendo Direct.

The Broadcast ended sporting trailers and updates for Splatoon 2, a sequel to the popular Switch game, and the sequel is just as good. In addition, Super Smash Bros. will be coming to the Switch as well sometime in 2018.
